1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your EIUSHOP account and go to the “My Orders” section.
  2. Select the item you wish to return and click on “Return Item”.
  3. Fill out the return form, stating the reason for your return.
  4. Print the provided return label. Drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping location.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow these steps:

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a free return and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless specified otherwise in the sale terms.

9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

10. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
